HSSC coordinates surveys under the instruments within the system without making certificate durations, checks and extensions identical.

Operational Explanation

Build the calendar from actual certificates and their anniversary dates. The five-year cargo cycle must not be transferred to the passenger safety certificate, which retains annual renewal. A coordinated attendance must still cover every required scope.
