Purpose and limits of the demonstration
Superba Knowledge is a demonstration for educational and informational purposes. It does not determine compliance and does not replace official sources, approved procedures or professional judgement.
Sources, versions and scope
Explanations, references, procedures and examples must be read together with the applicable official text and the organisation’s approved procedures. Before any real use, verify the instrument, current version, application date and scope. The platform may contain simplifications, inaccuracies or delays relative to recent changes. Thresholds, percentages, intervals, statistics and estimates must not be interpreted beyond their stated source, period and scope.
Learning tools and results
Completion of a checklist, quiz, case study or guided path is not evidence of competence, certification, statutory compliance or readiness for an inspection.
Company and operational use
The demonstration does not replace the Company SMS, vessel procedures, the Master’s instructions or decisions by responsible personnel and does not constitute legal, technical, classification or commercial advice. Any company application requires configuration, review and approval by the organisation and its competent professionals.
Independence
Superba Knowledge is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the IMO, flag Administrations, classification societies, regional MoUs, shipowners or suppliers. Their names identify sources, regulatory roles or industry frameworks only.
