The CVIQ is generated for each inspection and is not provided to the operator in advance. Prepare preliminary data and evidence for applicable Question Library questions. The report supports recipients’ commercial decisions and is not statutory certification.
Voluntary industry inspection scheme with scope defined by CDI; customers or terminals may require it contractually, but it is not statutory certification and does not by itself determine charter eligibility.
